Social Media Content Manager for Clariti

Early in 2021, I managed social media accounts for Clariti, which is a communication management platform for small and medium businesses. During this project, I created and posted content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and managed each account.

Content Planning
Clariti focused most on using Twitter and supplemented their outreach strategy with additional channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They wanted creative, playful content and focused on standing out on Twitter. I utilized a Google spreadsheet to plan content and provide the team with access to review and approve content as desired.

Social Media Management
In addition to creating and scheduling content, I managed each account. I engaged with followers and retweeted relevant content.
